Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 2 days of placing it to ensure a hassle-free process. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to entertain cancellation requests for refunds.

Impression Kit:
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns for the impression kit.

Assessment by Our Experts:
Our team of specialized experts meticulously examines your impressions and reviews your pictures to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for our Invisible Aligners treatment. If our experts determine that you are not a suitable candidate, we will refund your entire amount.

Aligners:
Once your order for aligners has been placed, returns are not accepted. However, if your aligners do not fit correctly, we will fabricate new aligners for you.

Results Satisfaction:
If, after following all provided guidelines, you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, please contact us. We will re-evaluate your case based on pictures of your teeth with aligners in from the last step. If approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners. Refinement requests can also be made for a charge of $199.

Refund Process:
